Anna Dao — Montréal Lash Artist, Educator and LASHGASM Founder
Anna Dao works one-on-one with every LASHGASM client, teaches every course herself, and curates the professional products the studio uses and sells.
The artist
Anna applies every set at the Chabanel studio, mapping each one to the client's eye shape, natural lashes and preferred finish.
Anna has over six years of experience in the lash industry, having started in 2020, and is a certified lash artist.
The educator
Anna teaches LASHGASM's beginner and advanced courses in person, in small settings, and stays available to students through ongoing mentorship.

Anna holds three certificates from private lash training providers, reproduced below with the issuing organization, the document type and the technique each one covers.
This section is documentary. Each certificate below has been photographed and transcribed, and nothing is claimed beyond what the document itself states. These are private training-provider certificates, not professional-order licences, and LASHGASM's certification claims are scoped to exactly these three techniques: classic extensions, volume extensions, and RefectoCil lash tinting and lift. Where a date on a document is not legible enough to be certain, it is left out rather than guessed.

In 2023, Anna received the London Lash International Award of Excellence, recognizing her craft and dedication to the lash industry.
Anything else about Anna's background, including length of experience, is deliberately absent from this site until she confirms it in writing. Verified documents and unverified biography are kept apart on purpose.
The products
The supplies Anna uses daily, from trays to tweezers to adhesives, are the same ones sold through the LASHGASM Shop.
