All orders are shipped via Canada Post.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, package weight, and selected shipping method.
Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery times through Canada Post:

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Lashgasm is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or returned shipments due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If a package is returned to us, reshipping fees will apply.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once a package has been handed over to Canada Post, Lashgasm is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed shipments. We recommend contacting Canada Post directly with your tracking number for assistance.
Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by their country. These charges are not included in your purchase price or shipping fee.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders cannot be modified or canceled once they have been processed or shipped.
