Return & Refund Policy

At LASHGASM, customer satisfaction and product safety are our top priorities. Due to the hygienic nature of lash products and industry health standards, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once products have been opened, used, or tampered with.

Eligibility for Returns or Replacements

We only accept claims for:

  • Damaged items

  • Defective products

  • Incorrect items received

To be eligible, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will offer either:

  • A replacement product, or

  • Store credit (at our discretion)

Refunds are not issued for opened, used, or properly delivered items.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable:

  • Lash trays

  • Adhesives

  • Tweezers

Order Processing & Cancellations

Orders are processed quickly to ensure timely delivery. Once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded after processing or shipment.

Shipping Responsibility

We are not responsible for:

  • Lost, stolen, or delayed packages once handed to the carrier

  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, reshipping fees will apply.

Health & Safety Disclaimer

All products are intended for professional or personal use as directed. Improper use, allergic reactions, or misuse of products are not the responsibility of LASHGASM.

Chargebacks & Disputes

We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel future orders, or suspend accounts in cases of fraudulent claims, excessive disputes, or chargebacks.
